Evolv AI launches the “Flows” behavioral analysis tool

In the United States, the customer experience optimization and personalization (CX) platform Evolv AI launched a solution called Flows, providing insight into digital customer behavior and allowing customers to view issues by item. specific on a given web page.
San Francisco-based Evolv AI says Flows helps understand and correct where in the customer journey an experience is insufficient and is negatively impacting business results. The solution can be used to view every customer touchpoint online – such as home page, product listing page (PLP) or product detail page (PDP), as well as shopping cart pages and of payment. It also helps with the design of the layout, content, call to action (CTA) and business logic such as pricing or offers.
Feeds also allow data to be compared, including information on the behavior of different customer segments, and this can then be used to uncover specific issues with an experience, identify and quantify resulting changes in customer behavior. A holistic view of the entire customer experience can be provided across all digital channels as customers navigate between interfaces including mobile, web, and chatbots.
