revolutioniseSPORT launches new tools to help grassroots football clubs manage large-scale data collection

The leading sports management platform revolutionizeSPORT has released new survey, census and assessment tools to enable grassroots football clubs to collect information and surveys without relying on external platforms.

Features are part of the revolutionize360 product suite, an advanced capability layer that focuses on marketing, data analytics and insights for sports organizations.

Collecting data from members in an easy way in sport has proven to be a problem for many sport organizations. This new version is designed to help organizations collect data in a simplified and engaging way, and also integrates seamlessly with revolutioniseSPORT as a primary membership platform.

RevolutioniseSPORT CEO Alex Mednis explains “the concept of a vertically integrated platform is extremely beneficial for sports organizations, rather than what we have traditionally seen which is a ‘silage’ of data across different platforms. for different workflows. New platforms entering the market encourage the use of silos, which is far beyond the management capabilities of most sports organizations.

“What we have launched is a complete set of tools that can be used for surveys, forms, reviews – basically any type of standard data collection that an organization can use.”

The survey function can be used for various data collection points, such as appointments, comments, sentiment analysis and expressions of interest. Organizations can then aggregate, filter and report the results, ensuring that sport can understand the motivations and drivers of their members. The toolkit can be enhanced by running annualized or regular surveys in a “census” format, or even by offering an “assessment” mode to run surveys in question and answer form.

Mednis added, “When an organization creates a survey and sends it out to thousands of members, integrating it directly into the core membership platform reduces the barriers to completion – because it is a familiar user experience – from a member’s perspective, and also eliminates any need to massaging and moving data between systems.

With Hockey NSW having had first hand experience with the feature set, having created various surveys to collect member information, Hockey NSW Acting General Manager Craig Beed said “we were able to easily collect data. actionable membership and gain unique insights through surveys, which is versatile and a comprehensive data collection tool.

“We were able to streamline many of our processes, such as record keeping and data analysis, as survey responses are automatically linked to profile data of existing members within our management platform.

“Having everything integrated in one place ensures that the data we collect is accurate, relevant and applicable to help us better understand and ultimately improve the way our members engage in our sport. “
